Project Administrator Kelley Osterholtz Retires Content
Project Administrator Kelley Osterholtz retired June 30, 2026. In her 27 years with AldrichVKP, Kelley worked with three generations of ownership and supported countless team members in project administration from notice-to-proceed through delivery and closeout. “My favorite aspect of working here is that this has always been a company with stability which shows their commitment and resilience in the constantly changing construction industry.”
Kelley has administered more than 300 construction projects valued at $574 million for at least 80 of our clients. Beyond the numbers, Kelley was a role model in her consistency to meet the highest standards, and she will forever be weaved into the fabric of our company’s heritage. In her daily interactions and participation in team appreciation events, she helped establish our firm’s culture of building relationships and made lifetime of friendships along the way. “Over the years I have enjoyed Husky and Mariner games, girl’s weekends, a paint-n-sip, 5k runs, snow shoeing, fishing, picnics, and river rafting with the AldrichVKP team.”
“Shifting my focus from working to live, to just living my life.” Kelley’s plans in retirement are traveling to the East Coast, attending the Kentucky Derby, and taking an Alaskan Cruise. “We will enjoy spending more time gardening, golfing, bike riding, going to car shows, and relaxing at the river. I am looking forward to spending more leisure time with [husband] Joe, our family, and friends.”
Thank you, Kelley, for your commitment and invaluable contributions to the company. We wish you and your family all the best in this next chapter of your lives. Congratulations!!!
