Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital
This 40-bed, two-story inpatient hospital serves patients who require rehabilitation following a stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or similar medical problems. We supported Lifepoint Health and Pacific Medical Buildings with early budgeting and scheduling to obtain their Certificate of Need application with Department of Health and were awarded the project through a competitive proposal process.
The project team collaborated with the owner and developer to overcome significant project challenges, including poor soil conditions, union strikes, ADA-related design modifications, and severe weather impacts. The end result was a successful project providing quality care to the North King and Snohomish County communities.
