Coordination of Owner-Supplied Laboratory Equipment

Universal Cells tenant improvements included laboratory and common areas on the fourth floor of an occupied building in downtown Seattle. Aldrich was nimble and resourceful in completing the original work, in addition to several scope changes, on a compact schedule, with no interruptions to the surrounding occupants or daily building activities. We worked closely with the owner and equipment vendors to coordinate the installation of owner-supplied lab benches, laminar flow boxes, and other complex lab equipment.
