Nate Jensen
Director of Preconstruction, Assoc. DBIA
Nate leads AldrichVKP’s preconstruction team, overseeing estimating and preconstruction process across all projects. He developed a specialized estimating system tailored to the complexities of healthcare construction. His interest in construction began early in life and grew through hands-on experience as a carpenter and estimator through college. Nate brings practical knowledge and clear communication skills to his leadership role.
Originally from Utah, Nate moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2013 to join AldrichVKP, where he and his wife are raising four daughters.
