State-of-the-art dental technology

Aldrich provided design-build delivery for the renovation scope of Community Health Center (CHC) of Snohomish County's existing dental clinic including new walls, plumbing, electrical, casework and finishes as well as modifications to the HVAC, and fire suppressions system. The expansion includes eight operatory stations, sterilization rooms, and office space.

Working with Aldrich was a fantastic experience. They kept the project on schedule, provided great communication and were active thought partners on resolving issues. As a project manager, I was very impressed with how they tracked and managed all of the various items and sub-contractors.
