Pull Planning Saves Costs + Reduces Construction Schedule

Through Aldrich's continued success in supporting a recent expansion of outpatient clinics, this repeat client turned to Aldrich to deliver their latest project in downtown Bothell. Lessons learned and pull planning construction sequencing with the trades ensured Aldrich was able to deliver 8,662 SF of medical clinic space in ten weeks. Tenant improvements were performed concurrently with the shell and core for this mixed-used building constructed by another general contractor. The reduction in schedule resulted in cost savings on our jobsite overhead and early occupancy for the owner.
