Consistent delivery of construction services over 20 years
NKC has looked to Aldrich to provide exceptional construction services for over 20 years. To convert commercial office space into a kidney dialysis center, Aldrich worked with the MEP subcontractors to provide early feasibility and cost estimating. The process helped identify unique challenges including 25-foot-high floor-to-structure height, the addition of emergency power, and upgrades of the front entry.
