Phased Renovation

When this client needed to respond quickly to an opportunity to lease an ideal location for ambulatory surgery and advanced imaging services, they turned to Aldrich. We rapidly responded to budgeting, feasibility, and an aggressive construction schedule. Aldrich worked with the client to develop a phased schedule to upgrade existing operating rooms and a walk-in clinic so they could start seeing patients in less than two months. Our team delivered on completing the space and then managed the next phase to upgrade additional clinic spaces, exam rooms, physical therapy, and imaging including CT, X-ray, mammography, and ultrasound. Phase two was completed while the facility continued to see patients in phase one's space.
