High Level of Coordination 

Formerly a primary care facility, this project converted two floors of an existing building including a partially unfinished basement/utility area into a full service invitro fertilization and treatment facility. The state-of-the-art Embryology laboratory, Andrology, and Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) testing lab houses clinical and laboratory services with diagnostic, surgical, and lab equipment. Construction included dedicated lab HVAC, medical gas, cryogenic tank storage, piping, and distribution along with emergency power generation and infrastructure for imaging and other clinical systems. The buildout was constructed in an occupied building requiring a high level of coordination with building management and frequent communications with tenants to ensure shutdowns and noisy activities did not impact ongoing operations. Frequent discussions and decisions-making with the owner and user groups kept budget, and schedule, in alignment with the project goals and early objectives.
