Developer-Led Medical Office Building + Multi-Specialty Clinic
Our preconstruction team generated responses from over 200 qualified subcontractors and vendors for the shell and core construction of this medical office building. The project incorporated site development of 3.5 acres and parking lot that surrounded the outpatient clinic which was completed simultaneously with interior finishes and X-ray installation for the tenant under a separate contract with AldrichVKP.
Starting construction in the spring of 2022 following the wettest winter in 100 years created it's share of challenges. Our team navigated inclement weather and coordinated utility tie-ins closely with a separate developer for this site master plan ensuring the facility opened it's doors to patients on schedule.
