Construction delivery with no surprises

After successful delivery of her Seattle clinic, Dr. Jennifer Reichel selected Aldrich again to support the construction of her new clinic in Renton. Aldrich provided early budgeting and constructability analysis of the tenant space as well as managing procurement of design-build mechanical and electrical systems to keep the project on schedule with permitting and long-lead materials and equipment. Once again, Aldrich delivered the project on schedule and on budget with no surprises.
