Multi-Phased Remodel/Expansion of 24/7 Veterinary Hospital

The remodel and expansion of NVA’s Tacoma emergency and specialty hospital included a new surgery and specialty program space, new CT and MRI imaging, and renovation to existing ICU and emergency care areas. The addition of a fully secure parking lot spanned two sides of the street and was completed in two phases while the center remained open. The project required multiple phases orchestrated around the facility's 24/7 operations, and shutdowns were coordinated well in advance to occur at times of least impact to the hospital.
