Early procurement results in on-time delivery
Franciscan Digestive Care Associates provides endoscopy and Gastroenterology services at this 4,027 SF clinic. Aldrich was awarded the project through a competitive bid process and delivered services under a GMP contract. Tenant improvements were coordinated with the ownership, design team and design-build MEP subcontractors.
Through aggressive and early procurement efforts Aldrich condensed the project schedule and turnover of the facility to the owner in 10 weeks. Aldrich employed the latest in best practices for infection control protecting ongoing clinic operations and other building tenants. The updated space featured a wood slat ceiling over the reception desk, a spacious waiting area, six exam rooms, and one procedure room. Project functions were split along a main corridor with the administration on one side and exam rooms on the other. The project was completed on-time and under budget returning 100% savings to the owner.
